Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud professional to join the Technical Consulting team in the Core Supply Chain capability. You will work with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes using SAP technology, translating business requirements into technical specifications and designing system architecture solutions.

The role involves managing and delivering complex initiatives, leading workshops, and coordinating hybrid offshore/onshore teams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in Production Planning (PP) space, specializing in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
