Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Professional to join the Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients, gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and design system architectures.

You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations, ensuring solutions meet business needs while guiding technical teams through blueprinting, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
Typically 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
At least 3 years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA in Production Planning (PP) or Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
Proven track record leading teams to deliver project outcomes within deadlines.
Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing and client-facing roles.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework and manage processes and solutions.
Track deliverables and project status to align with performance objectives.
Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
Design workshops in manufacturing, recommend S/4 HANA best practices for SAP environments.
Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
Demonstrate strong SAP DMC expertise with solid business acumen.
Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
Maintain clear stakeholder communication on progress and outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
