Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architecture solutions.

You will lead workshops, manage an offshore/onshore hybrid team, and deliver high-quality SAP projects while traveling up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA in Production Planning (PP) for DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver outcomes within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status to meet objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing and recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team and schedules.
• Demonstrate SAP DMC expertise with strong business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication on progress and results.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
