EY seeks an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, design workshops, and ensure timely delivery across hybrid teams while traveling 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4-year program.
• 4–6 years SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years SAP ERP/S/4HANA in Production Planning (DMC).
• Proven track record leading teams to deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written/verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status against targets.
• Lead client sessions from planning through closure.
• Design workshops and implement S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore project teams.
• Demonstrate SAP DMC expertise and business acumen.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication on progress and risks.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels.
