Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, especially in Production Planning in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within the DMC framework and ensure timely delivery.
• Track deliverables and project status aligned with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members to meet schedules.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud expertise and business acumen.
• Oversee SAP projects or workstreams delivering high-quality results.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
