Job Description

What you'll do:

The Solution Advisor Manager will be the primary contact for solution and product inquiries within the sales team for our Finance & Spend Solution Area. You will leverage your expertise in Finance solutions to support the entire sales cycle, from business development and active sales opportunities to post-sale support. You will also mentor new Digital Solution Advisors and assist customers in expanding their SAP footprint to maximize value.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Business Contribution: Understand customer requirements, develop product knowledge, collaborate across departments, and monitor presales activities.
  2. Lead the Digital Solution Advisor team: Provide guidance, mentorship, training, and coordinate with various teams to align strategies. Manage recruitment and foster a culture of excellence.
  3. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, facilitate brainstorming, act as a feedback conduit to product development, and promote a culture of innovation.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), MBA preferred, ideally with a focus on Accounting or Finance
  • Proven success in presales or similar customer-facing roles in the tech industry, with at least 7 years of experience and 2+ years in leadership
  • Deep understanding of SAP product suite, sales strategies, and technical demonstrations
  • Experience in team building, guiding complex sales cycles, and fostering innovation
