Job Description
What you'll do:
The Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role that maps product capabilities to prospect requirements, supporting value messaging and articulating how SAP uniquely delivers desired outcomes. DSAs serve as domain experts and spokespersons for designated solutions or product segments, integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies to communicate product value and facilitate tailored client solutions.
Area 1: Deal Support
The Senior Digital Solution Advisor elevates SAP's presence in customer engagements by executing and crafting presentations that highlight SAP's solutions' advantages. They collaborate with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into narratives, utilize reusable digital assets for efficiency, and ensure impactful remote presentations using virtual tools. They support RFx completion and assist clients post-sale for smooth transitions, contributing to key presentations and events.
Area 2: Demand Generation
They lead webinars and coordinate with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to craft compelling narratives that underscore SAP’s unique selling propositions, ensuring campaigns effectively address target market challenges.
Area 3: Digital Content for Customer-Facing Situations
They curate and innovate digital content aligned with market trends and solution insights, ensuring materials are compelling and strategically positioned to address customer scenarios.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annualized compensation range for this position is $91,600 - $205,700, including base salary and variable incentives.
