Job summary

CORE Occupational Medicine is seeking a SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP SD OTC and manufacturing initiatives in New Brunswick, NJ. This hybrid role combines three days onsite with collaboration across global teams and vendors.

You will define scope, plan releases, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional workshops from blueprint through hypercare. Strong stakeholder management and experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA initiatives including SD OTC and manufacturing modules.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and risk-management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders across business units and locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, rollout, and enhancements.
• Manage SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and Manufacturing workstreams across units and sites.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions through workshops and designs.
• Drive planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure integration between SAP SD, PP, MM, WM/EWM, and other modules.
• Oversee governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Facilitate blueprint sessions, testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and distributed teams.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methods.

Key Skills

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Manage SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and Manufacturing workstreams across multiple business units and locations.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, and communication with executive leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, blueprint sessions, design reviews, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Oversee system integration testing (SIT), UAT, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage globally distributed teams.
