Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to manage system data for production and purchase orders, create and verify BOMs, and load routings using SAP and related tools. The role requires collaboration across Engineering, Inside Sales, Service, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.

Travel for orientation and training is required. The position emphasizes working with Efecte, SAP, Teamcenter, and Alfresco within a production planning environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience reading engineering drawings.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Willingness to travel to Ohio and Wisconsin for orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Create and update system data in SAP and related systems.
• Interface daily with multiple groups to set up parts in SAP for on-time delivery.
• Interpret Engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Research components and gather data in SAP/Alfresco/Teamcenter.
• Maintain data in SAP and related systems for production and purchase orders.
• Use MS Excel, Word, Outlook for daily tasks.
• Adapt to changes in a production planning environment.
