Experience with SAP (ERP system) preferred.

Responsibilities

Process goods movements, progress billings, customer invoicing, coding accounts payable, and close sales orders in SAP.
Collect past-due accounts receivable and follow up to ensure payment.
Supply documentation to customers per contract terms and conditions.
Answer calls promptly and professionally with proper follow-up.
Maintain and manage job and customer files and assist regional personnel.
Generate system reports and meet month-end data entry deadlines.
