Accenture Federal Services is seeking an SAP Cutover Lead to manage a large S/4HANA deployment for a DoW client. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee the cutover from legacy systems to a greenfield production environment, ensuring a smooth go‑live and minimal business disruption.

You will bridge technical teams and client stakeholders, translating complex concepts into strategic decisions and guiding execution across timelines, risks, and dependencies in a highly client‑facing role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP deployments.
• Understanding of SAP BASIS concepts and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted adviser to DoW clients, translating highly technical concepts into clear business impacts.
• Collaborate with functional, development, data migration, and infrastructure teams to define deployment and cutover strategy.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to map dependencies and build the master runbook.
• Pivot quickly to adapt the cutover schedule based on client priorities or regulatory shifts.
• Oversee cutover simulations and manage stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Develop and refine project documentation for deployment execution.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups and command center operations during go‑live.
