NTT DATA seeks an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to orchestrate the ECC to S/4HANA migration from Plano, TX. You will own the cutover strategy, governance, and multi-region deployment, ensuring business continuity and successful go-live across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

You will manage mock conversions, data reconciliation, production migrations, and Hypercare while coordinating with PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security. Travel is expected to support deployment windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, CS, or business.
• 15+ years SAP implementation and enterprise transformation experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise-scale SAP programs.
• 8+ years leading SAP Cutover, Deployment, or Release Management.
• Experience with multi-country, multi-wave SAP deployments.

Responsabilités

• Lead cutover strategy, governance, and execution for SAP ECC to S/4HANA programs.
• Manage deployment across regions, ensuring business continuity and go-live readiness.
• Oversee mock conversions, data reconciliation, and production migrations.
• Coordinate with PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and SI partners.
• Manage risks, rollback plans, and Hypercare governance.
• Mentor regional Cutover Leads and Program Managers.
