Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a SAP CRM - Senior Functional Consultant to join our Hyderabad delivery team. You will lead end-to-end SAP CRM and ECC sales processes, drive Lead-to-Cash implementations, and influence business designs for order management in a global setting.

You will mentor junior consultants, work with cross-functional partners, oversee CRM WebUI configurations, master data setup, and O2C testing across Quotes, Orders, Deliveries, and Invoices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP CRM/ECC.
• Experience with Lead to Cash and Order to Cash processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and solution design abilities.

Overview

Job Title: SAP CRM - Senior Functional Consultant - 9304

Location: Hyderabad Location Flexibility: Multiple Locations in the Country

Responsibilities

• Functional consultant with 5-7 years of strong experience on SAP CRM and ECC related Sales processes.
• Experience of Lead to Cash process using SAP CRM and ECC SD Module.
• Ability to influence key business process designs and work closely with business counterparts on effective solutions around order management.
• Strong exposure to handling Order to Cash processing in a global environment with localization expertise.
• Experience of order management using SAP Interaction Center; B2B Integration using SAP CRM or Hybris will be preferred.
• Extensively worked on CRM WebUI, business roles, base customization, action profiles, number ranges, outputs, etc.
• Strong understanding of CRM and ECC master data (Business Partners, Material Master, Vendors, Plants, etc.).
• Hands-on experience of end-to-end testing for O2C processes including Quotes, Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Invoices, EDI, etc.
• Technical exposure to customizing features like user exits and BAdI.
• Understanding of CRM and ECC pricing configuration and processes.
• Worked on CRM-ECC middleware issues.
• Ability to mentor team on order management related business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in relevant SAP CRM/ECC domains as per the role requirements.
