Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale organizational change, biz transformation, and digital programs.
• Proven leadership delivering SAP S/4HANA/ERP transformations with strategy, delivery and outcomes.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders across complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital initiatives.
• Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management delivery across large programs.
• Align process and value stream transformation with design, workforce and operating models.
• Drive cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, hypercare and stabilization.
