Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced consultant to lead strategic engagements in the Utilities practice, focusing on digital transformation and customer service excellence. You will partner with C-suite leaders, drive operational improvements, and guide teams through complex client programs.

You will leverage SAP expertise to deliver Meter-to-Cash and CIS-related initiatives, contribute to thought leadership, and travel as required to client sites across major US cities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry or Customer Service/Transformation delivery.
• Experience delivering customer transformations and digital customer engagement projects.
• Ability to lead engagements and manage client relationships at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance, drive revenue growth, and support transformation initiatives.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing the Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
• Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership on industry trends and technology advancements.
