Job summary

TSR Consulting is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant for a hybrid role with locations in Montvale, NJ; Dallas, TX; or Chicago, IL. You will lead end-to-end data migration activities for a large SAP transformation program, leveraging SAP Migration Cockpit and ETL tools to ensure accurate data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has ERP data migration expertise, ECC/S/4HANA experience, and a track record of managing mock migrations and production cutovers

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP data migration/transformation.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA data migration.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Experience with SAP Data Services/BODS, SAP BTP Integration/Data Services, and ETL tools.
• Strong experience with data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Proven experience leading mock migrations and production cutovers.
• Experience managing cross-functional/onshore-offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities for a large transformation program.
• Work with ERP data models and transformation processes across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on use of SAP Migration Cockpit and ETL tools for data migration.
• Manage data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Lead mock migrations and production cutovers.
• Coordinate cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.

TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant for a hybrid opportunity in Montvale, NJ; Dallas, TX; OR Chicago, IL

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Montvale, NJ; Dallas, TX; OR Chicago, IL

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Led Consultant to lead end-to-end data migration activities for a large SAP transformation program.

Required Skills:

• Experience in ERP data migration/transformation.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA data migration.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Experience with SAP Data Services/BODS, SAP BTP Integration/Data Services, and ETL tools.
• Strong experience with data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Proven experience leading mock migrations and production cutovers.
• Experience managing cross-functional/onshore-offshore teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Business Partner conversion experience.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Simplification Items.
• Experience migrating data from multiple source systems into a consolidated S/4HANA environment.
• Experience with large-scale global SAP transformation programs.
• Financial Services, Professional Services, or large enterprise experience.
