Job summary

TSR Consulting is seeking a Solutions Architect for a hybrid role based in Montvale, NJ (with flexibility for Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL). The ideal candidate will design scalable, secure cloud-native solutions leveraging SAP BTP, SAP Build Code, and SAP Integration Suite to deliver Joule-enabled AI capabilities and integrations with SAP S/4HANA.

You will lead architecture standards, advise on DevOps/CI/CD practices, and mentor engineers while driving secure API governance and event-driven

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP BTP services, SAP Build Code, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API-led connectivity for SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to design Joule-enabled AI solutions, custom skills, and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of Clean Core principles, secure coding, and governance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven technical leadership.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities across business and technical stakeholders.
• 8+ years of SAP solution design and development experience with 5+ years on SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles.
• Provide technical leadership across SAP Build Code, SAP Integration Suite, SAP AI services, and Joule-enabled solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, development patterns, and governance for custom applications and integrations.
• Lead development of custom applications using SAP Build Code, including SAP Fiori applications, business extensions, custom services, APIs, and BTP-based enterprise applications.
• Guide developers on ALM, DevOps, CI/CD, and transport management while utilizing Joule Copilot to improve productivity.
• Design and implement Joule-enabled solutions, custom skills, AI interactions, and automation workflows integrated with SAP and external systems.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite and API-led architectures connecting SAP S/4HANA and other applications.
• Define event-driven and service-oriented integration patterns with API governance, monitoring, and security standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and design workshops, mentor engineers, and define coding best practices and technical roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of SAP Business AI and SAP BTP innovation capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Build Code, SAP Integration Suite, and Joule-enabled AI solutions and a proven ability to design and deliver scalable cloud architectures, integrations, and extensions aligned to Clean Core principles.
