Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced SAP Concur solution lead to drive end-to-end global implementations across multiple countries. You will own expense policy design, localization, testing, and go-live support, with deep knowledge of Concur modules (Expense, ExpenseIt, Concur Request, Audit) and strong stakeholder engagement across Finance, HR, IT, and vendors.

The role requires 8–12+ years of hands-on Concur delivery, proven ability to manage multi-region rollouts, and excellence in risk

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP Concur implementation experience across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in Concur modules: Expense, ExpenseIt, Concur Request, Audit (Oversight preferred).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end global/multi-country Concur rollouts.
• Experience integrating SAP Concur with S/4HANA and HR systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication across Finance, HR, IT, and vendors.
• Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments and proactively handle risks/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops and requirement validation with global and regional stakeholders.
• Own Concur Expense configuration including policies, expense types, audit rules, workflows, and localization.
• Review and guide functional specifications for integrations and enhancements.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities across regions.
• Provide functional leadership and coordinate offshore consultants.
• Act as primary functional SME and client point of contact.
• Ensure alignment with global travel & expense governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of SAP Concur implementation experience with strong expertise in Concur Expense, ExpenseIt, Concur Request, and Audit (Oversight preferred)
• Proven experience leading end-to-end global/multi-country Concur rollouts including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Strong knowledge of expense policies, approval workflows, VAT/tax handling, per diems, mileage, and corporate card programs
• Experience integrating SAP Concur with S/4HANA and HR systems in global enterprise environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and proactively handle risks/issues
