Job summary

System One in Herndon, VA seeks an experienced SAP Concur Configuration Consultant for a contract role. Hybrid model (onsite and remote) with 40 hours weekly and 55/hr 1099 compensation.

The selected candidate will own functional configuration and onboarding workflows, focusing on API/file-based integrations in non-production environments. You will translate requirements into configurations, support testing and documentation, and work with federal travel regulatory concepts while pursuing SAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience.
• Translate requirements into configuration, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of identity, access and provider onboarding concepts.
• Familiar with Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations.
• Concur Certification is preferred.
• API, SFTP or shared-services experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own functional configuration and process design for API and file-based integrations in non-production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional configuration and process design needed to allow authorized external financial-system providers to access and test approved API and file-based integrations in a non-production environment.
• Define onboarding, sponsorship, user-access and testing workflows and support functional testing, user acceptance and operating documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience. Hands-on experience with Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting and integrations.
• Experience translating requirements into configuration, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of identity, access, provider onboarding and non-production testing concepts.
• Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations.
• SAP Concur certification preferred.
• API, SFTP or shared-services experience preferred.
