Job summary

PwC in the United States seeks a SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager to lead compliance and security consulting for SAP applications. You will analyze client needs, implement security controls, and guide teams across client engagements to ensure regulatory alignment and successful delivery.

As a Manager in Technology Consulting, you will mentor staff, manage client accounts, and drive strategic initiatives while upholding PwC’s standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP compliance and security consulting to confirm compliance and enhance security within SAP applications.
• Analyze client requirements and implement security measures to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP compliance initiatives.
• Develop and oversee deployment of compliance technology solutions to mitigate risks.
• Coach team members to leverage strengths and meet client expectations.
• Utilize SAP GRC tools to enhance efficiency and oversight.
• Build and maintain client relationships to address compliance challenges.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices across SAP compliance teams.
• Escalate conflicts and issues with clients and stakeholders as needed.
