Job summary

Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) seeks an experienced eCommerce Application Developer III for an onsite role in Richardson, TX. You will drive design, development, and integration of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with SAP CPQ, SAP ECC, and CRM systems, while mentoring backend developers in Java/Spring.

The position emphasizes hands-on coding, release management, and close collaboration with product managers and designers to deliver scalable storefronts using Spartacus or ReactJS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on development in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with at least 2 years in SAP CPQ.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and Configure-to-Order/Engineer-to-Order.
• Hands-on with Hybris and CPQ for defining technical architecture.
• Solid understanding of headless architecture with Spartacus or ReactJS and OCC APIs.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework; strong communication.
• Experience in agile environments and large SAP Commerce implementations.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding to deliver user stories and optimize performance.
• End-to-end SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions with SAP CPQ integrations.
• Lead technical code reviews to ensure standards and quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, designs, and API guides.
• Mentor backend developers in Java/Spring and Hybris best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize backend services.
• Oversee release cycles and collaborate on CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
