Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Application Developer to join our Richardson, TX team.

You will collaborate with global product owners and architects to design, build, and support enterprise eCommerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and SAP CPQ, with integrations to SAP ECC and Salesforce. You will lead hands-on development, drive release management, and mentor backend developers in Java/Spring best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of hands-on development with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Deep proficiency in Java (J2EE) and the Spring Framework
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing with Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions
• Design and develop end-to-end SAP Commerce Hybris solutions and SAP CPQ integrations
• Lead hands-on development, refactor code, and resolve production issues
• Own release management, drive scrum ceremonies, and support deployments
• Mentor backend developers on Java/Spring best practices and Hybris standards
