Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking an experienced SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager to lead our global SAP support organization. You will steer strategic and operational SAP AMS activities, partnering with business leaders worldwide to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires 10+ years supporting SAP solutions (preferably S/4HANA), 5+ years leading technical teams, and a strong background in SAP integrations, security, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• 10+ years supporting SAP solutions (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Experience supporting SAP within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with SAP hosting providers, Basis teams, and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations, security, and enterprise architecture
• Experience managing multiple projects and driving continuous improvement

What You'll Do:

As the SAP CoE Manager, you'll lead our SAP Center of Excellence, providing strategic and operational leadership for our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) while partnering with business leaders across the globe.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of SAP technical professionals
• Managing SAP Application Management Services and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building strong partnerships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and external system integrators
• Overseeing our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (SAP ECS) relationship
• Driving enhancements, support activities, and SAP governance
• Ensuring best practices through ITIL and SDLC methodologies
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team through regular feedback and SMART goal planning
• Supporting future SAP enhancements and global initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years supporting SAP solutions (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Experience supporting SAP within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with SAP hosting providers, Basis teams, and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations, security, and enterprise architecture
• Experience managing multiple projects and driving continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• SAP certifications
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
