Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of CRH IPG, seeks a senior SAP leader to drive the SAP functional platform strategy, governance, and deployment across OTC, PTP, RTP, and PTC processes. You will lead a COE of architects and QA, align with cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions that deliver business value.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of Digital Transformation in manufacturing environments.
• 7+ years of managing COE and/or ERP delivery teams.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA delivery, architecture governance, testing, release management.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP functional platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead SAP COE architect and QA/testing teams, ensuring standards and delivery accountability.
• Manage delivery of SAP deployment waves with cross-functional partners for readiness.
• Transition SAP functional ownership into operating model with ongoing governance.
• Govern SAP SI, vendor, and managed services delivery with quality metrics.
