Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a skilled SAP CO/PS Analyst to join our Digital Technology – BSST team. The role focuses on delivering SAP Controlling and Project Systems solutions in a regulated aerospace environment, supporting ECC 6.8 and migration toward SAP S/4HANA.

Hybrid work at a major Collins facility combined with strong cross-functional collaboration is expected. The position emphasizes cost control, month-end close, and process optimization, with opportunities to lead complex projects

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree with 8+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.
Extensive experience configuring SAP CO/PS and providing production support.
Deep knowledge of Product Costing, CO-PA, PS, RA, RAR; month-end close and R2R processes.
Hands-on support for SAP CO/PS and related modules; strong collaboration with ABAP teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver project work across EPP-governed and Non-Gated projects with requirements gathering and design.
Provide configuration, testing, and training materials for SAP CO/PS.
Support break/fix tickets and functional assistance across multiple CO/PS components.
Identify and implement system/process improvements to increase stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production enhancement initiatives.
Assist with month-end/ year-end close activities and pegging analysis.
Coordinate with ABAP, security, and infrastructure teams for integrated solutions.
