Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an SAP R2R Controlling & Project Systems Analyst to support SAP ECC 6.8 and transition to SAP S/4HANA. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a hybrid work setup with on-site Charlotte, NC and remote elements.

You will deliver project work across CO/PS, provide functional support, and assist with month-end close, cost analyses, and system improvements. Close collaboration with ABAP, security, and project teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP CO/PS configuration and production support.
• Experience with Product Costing, CO-PA, PS, RA, and RAR.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and aerospace/defense practices.
• Hands-on support for month-end close and R2R processes.

• Support month-end and year-end close activities and pegging analyses.
• Work with ABAP and interface teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Coordinate with Security/Compliance and Infrastructure teams on delivery and documentation.
• Assist users with reporting tools including SAP BW and BusinessObjects.

Digital Technology – Business Systems and Strategic Transformation (BSST) organization seeks an SAP R2R Controlling & Project Systems Analyst to support SAP ECC 6.8 and transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Role Details

Hybrid – work on‑site and off‑site. Location: Charlotte, NC. U.S.-based. U.S. Person required. Security clearance not required.

What You Will Do

• Deliver project work across EPP‑governed projects and Non‑Gated approved projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and development of training materials.
• Support break/fix tickets and provide functional assistance across CCA, PCA, Product Costing (including GPD), CO‑PA, PS, Results Analysis (RA), and RAR.
• Provide estimates for approved projects and enhancement work.
• Identify and execute system and process improvements to increase stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups on major production enhancement initiatives.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including analysis of pegging errors and unsettled cost objects.
• Work closely with ABAP development and interface teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Partner with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Project Management teams to manage digital technology solutions and documentation.
• Assist users with reporting tools including SAP BW and BusinessObjects.

• Exposure to integration touchpoints with adjacent modules and tools, including MM, SD, PP, BW, and BusinessObjects.
• Practical experience in supporting month‑end and year‑end close cycles in a complex, global operating environment.

Qualifications

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with SAP CO/PS configuration and production support.
• Proficiency with Product Costing, CO‑PA, PS, RA, RAR, GPD.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, cost management, and aerospace & defense industry practices.
• Hands‑on support for month‑end close and R2R processes.

Compensation & Benefits
