Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Coordinator to develop, maintain, schedule, and improve PM programs within SAP CMMS at our Wisconsin site. You will ensure PM activities are planned, executed, and documented in compliance with site and regulatory requirements.

Working cross-functionally with Operations, Reliability, and SMEs, you will drive asset reliability, data integrity, and effective PM execution while supporting continuous improvement and adherence to SMRP guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP or CMMS software.
• Experience in industrial maintenance environments a plus.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and data-accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain preventive maintenance plans in SAP.
• Coordinate PM scheduling with Operations and SMEs.
• Validate regulatory maintenance requirements and adjust frequencies as needed.
• Track KPI metrics and support continuous improvement.
