Job summary
Truist is seeking an experienced SAP-focused software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain complex SAP-based cloud and enterprise solutions. You will leverage SAP BTP, CAP Java, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, and SAP Integration Suite to build scalable, secure applications and enterprise integrations.
You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure best practices across CI/CD, security, and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/SE or related field plus relevant IT experience.
- Experience with Git, source control, branching, and CI/CD.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, tests, and maintains SAP BTP apps and services for Finance IT and enterprise processes.
- Develops cloud-native apps using CAP Java, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP BTP services.
- Implements enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh).
- Develops SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 apps delivering modern user experiences.
- Creates and consumes REST APIs and OData services; manages API lifecycle and governance.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and engineers to ensure scalable, secure SAP solutions.
