Job summary
Truist is seeking an experienced SAP software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native SAP BTP solutions for Finance IT and enterprise processes. You will build CAP Java apps, SAPUI5 frontends, and lead integrations with SAP Integration Suite.
You will implement REST/OData APIs, mentor juniors, participate in full SDLC, and ensure secure coding and scalable architectures across SAP ecosystems. Strong collaboration with architects and product teams is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with relevant IT experience.
- Experience with SAP BTP, CAP Java, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Independently designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains SAP BTP apps and services.
- Designs enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite and SAP UI5/Fiori Frontends.
- Mentors junior engineers and leads code reviews to ensure quality.
- Collaborates with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoots complex production issues and drives improvements.
