Qualifikationen

• Ten+ years of progressive IAM experience in large enterprises.
• At least 6 years hands-on SAP Security experience (ECC/S/4HANA).
• Experience leading outsourced or offshore admin teams under SLAs.
• Proven IAM and SAP Security audits experience (ITGC, SOX-style, NIS 2).
• Experience integrating HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) into IAM workflows.

Aufgaben

• Lead a hybrid IAM team with in-house engineers and an outsourced SAP Security team.
• Own multi-year IAM roadmap aligned to Zero Trust and security strategy.
• Serve as enterprise SAP Security SME across ECC/S/4HANA and SAP GRC.
• Direct the outsourced SAP admin team on day-to-day security operations and access controls.
• Oversee SoD analysis, critical authorization reviews, and patching cadence.
