Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced SAP BRIM program lead to drive end-to-end delivery within the L2C program, from requirements through design, build, test, cutover and HyperCare. You will own the integrated project plan and manage a cross-functional team across onshore/offshore partners and vendors.

The role requires deep SAP BRIM expertise, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and a proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation, with strong budgeting and risk management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
10+ years of IT project and program management delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
At least 5 years in the SAP ecosystem.
3+ full-lifecycle SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing implementations in a project or workstream lead capacity.
At least one global rollout.
Experience delivering subscription, consumption, or as-a-service monetization in quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash contexts.
Experience managing blended onshore/offshore delivery teams and SI partners against fixed milestones and budgets.
Experience in large-scale business transformation, ERP migration, or post-merger integration is preferred.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification preferred.
Deep understanding of SAP BRIM components: Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs, data migration, and reconciliation.
Strong command of end-to-end lead-to-cash process design.
Proficiency with hybrid Agile and waterfall delivery methods and Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Power BI.
Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and scope-change impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
Analytical, structured problem-solving with attention to detail.

Job description

Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP BRIM workstream within the L2C program from requirements through design, build, test, cutover, and HyperCare
Own the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and RACI
Align delivery with the broader L2C roadmap and dependent workstreams
Manage a cross-functional delivery team of HPE business and IT stakeholders, system integrator partners, and onshore/offshore development and testing resources
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, forecasts, actuals, change control, and trade-off recommendations
Own RAID management and drive risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to closure
Coordinate integration design and delivery across SAP S/4HANA, CPQ, CRM, entitlement and fulfillment platforms, and data migration streams
Drive SIT, UAT, and performance testing, including defect triage and resolution
Plan and execute cutover, go-live, and HyperCare, including business readiness and training coordination
Provide executive-ready status reporting and represent the workstream in governance and steering committee forums
Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, security, and data privacy controls

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
