The role emphasizes delivering reliable customer support and satisfaction and requires flexibility in a part-time schedule (10-20 hours per week) with remote work options. This role focuses on owning PCRB tools, documentation, and data models; coordinating with program teams; and influencing future company-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years in Engineering, PM, or related fields; or graduate degree with 2+ years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access databases and MS Office software customization.
• Experience developing and maintaining custom user interfaces (UI).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage PCRB tools and database infrastructure.
• Own and manage documentation: requirements, process flows, software design, database design, tools utilization, training materials.
• Cross-functional coordination and support to program teams utilizing Change Management tools.
• Serve as primary segment stakeholder influencing future company-wide Change Management tools development.

Job Description

The Space & Mission Systems (SMS) segment is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Lead for the development and maintenance of Change Management tools and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be flexible in their work schedule, with a strong focus on delivering customer support and satisfaction.

This role is part-time (10-20 hours per week).

Essential Functions

• Ownership and management of Work Authority Documentation (WAD) Program Change Review Board (PCRB) tools and database infrastructure
• Ownership and management of all associated documentation: o Requirementso Process flowso Software designo Database designo Tools utilizationo Training materials
• Cross-functional coordination and support to program teams utilizing Change Management tools
• Serve as a primary segment stakeholder influencing future company-wide Change Management tools development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior experience in Engineering, Program Management, or related disciplines; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access databases and MS Office software customization
• Experience developing and maintaining custom user interfaces (UI)
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Salary

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this remote role in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $91,500 - $170,500. The salary range for this remote role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York State, Cleveland, Ohio, Vermont, and Virginia is $79,500 - $147,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
