Role Overview

As a Manager in SAP Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on user interface development and engineering software components for seamless system communication. Your role involves managing project delivery, ensuring quality, and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, focusing on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
2. Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight and manage project status and deliverables.
3. Participate actively in client sessions, lead workstreams from planning to execution, and identify additional service opportunities.
4. Manage resource planning within budget constraints and execute RFP responses.
5. Travel as required by client engagements.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical capabilities with business acumen and ability to adapt to new knowledge.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams and delivering quality client services.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation skills, and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in application integration, quality assurance, and technology requirements analysis.
• Digital fluency and emotional agility.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP module experience.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with full cycle implementation of core modules.
