Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA-PM) with strong SAP expertise in Charlotte, NC. The role leads SAP projects across planning, deployment, and post-production support, bridging business and technical teams to deliver value.

You will drive requirements, risk management, and governance in a dynamic, multinational consulting environment. The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and vendors, while aligning SDLC,

Qualifications

BA/PM or BA-PM with SAP experience.
Experience with SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, or SuccessFactors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Experience managing SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Lead SAP projects and initiatives from planning through execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, technical teams, and vendors to ensure delivery.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and business process mapping.
Monitor scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Define and track milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
Support SAP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Manage UAT, change management, training, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure governance, quality standards, and documentation compliance.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
