Job summary

Sotalent seeks an experienced SAP Asset Management Business Analyst to drive readiness and adoption of enterprise asset management within a manufacturing context. You will bridge business operations and IT, document requirements, develop training, and support go-live, stabilization, and post-implementation support across asset management workflows.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in manufacturing operations or maintenance environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise asset management systems.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance work management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting system implementations.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and training skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support readiness initiatives for asset management system implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for end users on asset management.
• Gather, analyze, document requirements, gaps, user feedback.
• Develop training materials, guides, and knowledge-transfer resources.
• Deliver instructor-led training for operations and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate UAT, document results, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve system issues.
• Assist with data validation and master data quality.
• Promote standardized processes and best practices.
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance activities.
