Job description

We are looking for an experienced team leader to provide expert support in the SAP field. The project covers SAP CO, FI-GL, AP, AR, FIAA within the SAP S/4HANA system. The ideal candidate will take on the role of SAP CO consulting leader in a production-focused team, coordinating the team’s activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of tasks.

Responsibilities:

Lead SAP CO consulting – specialization in SAP CO (Controlling)

Coordinate the team and ensure the efficient execution of SAP projects

Collaborate with teams on SAP Project System, SAP Finance, and SAP S/4HANA

Participate in SAP transformation and optimization processes

Provide expert support within the organization on SAP-related topics

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in SAP CO and related areas (FI-GL, AP, AR, FIAA)

Expert and leadership experience in SAP projects

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred)

Excellent command of the Polish language (required)

Proficiency in English (preferred)

Strong team management and project coordination skills

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, remotely, and within international teams
