Job summary

Avangrid seeks an Analyst - Applications to collaborate with SAP end users and process owners, understanding ongoing process requirements and delivering configuration and ad hoc reporting for the SAP system across Retail Access, EDI and Device Management.

The role involves day-to-day support, documentation updates, and coordination with SAP modules to ensure data integrity and smooth interfaces; after hours on‑call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with SAP IS-U/CCS (Customer Care and Services) utility system.
• Knowledge of SAP modules: Retail Access, EDI, Device Management, Back/Front office.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day phone/on-site support and helps the help desk and business areas.
• Understand business processes in Retail Access, EDI and device management.
• Develop solutions via process/configuration changes to meet end user requirements.
• Coordinate SAP module interfaces and ensure data integrity.
