Job summary

Avangrid Auditor supports SAP IS-U/CCS and related modules, working with end users and process owners to capture requirements and implement improvements. The role focuses on configuring reporting capabilities and ensuring data integrity across Retail Access, EDI and device management programs, with occasional cross-over to other SAP areas.

Willingness to learn independently and strong communication skills are essential, including collaboration with remote teams and on-site staff at Augusta, ME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP IS-U/CCS (Customer Care and Services) Utility System.
• Knowledge of SAP includes Retail Access, EDI, Device Management, Back office and Front office.
• Understanding of Customer Service related business processes.
• Strong analytical, complex problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Able to work with remote clients and functional teams.
• Strong focus on solution quality and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day phone/on-site support, supports the help desk, and supports the functional business areas.
• Understanding business processes in Retail Access, EDI and device management.
• Develop solutions through process or configuration changes to meet end user requirements.
• Implement configuration changes and prepare specifications for approved changes.
• Coordinate integration points between SAP modules and ensure interface data integrity.
• Maintain and update Business Process Procedures and training materials.
• Plan security access definition, testing and approval.
• Provide ongoing end user training and support as required.
• Design and maintain master data and interfaces.
