SAP Application Security Specialist

The SAP Application Security Specialist is responsible for performing all User Management (UM) functions such as user role creations, changes, assignments, and activities including User Access Review, UM audit requests, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) Risk Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and participating in User Access Management design, implementation, enhancement and maintenance
• Analyzing, designing, developing, and testing of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) security components
• Providing user provisioning and role design/development/testing in accordance with SoD protocol and security
• Assessing client specific security requirements and proposing potential solutions beyond standard SAP security, such as ABAC based controls and Information Assurance

Required Skills

• At least 6 months of SAP experience
• Experience implementing and maintaining SAP Application Security controls

Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating multiple SAP Security full life‑cycle implementations from preparation to go‑live and operation
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Relevant SAP and technical certifications

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $84,900—$160,200 USD.
