Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Must have at least 5 years of PRA support experience in SAP ERP 6.0 and/or S/4HANA.
2. 8 years of experience working with ABAP, Dynpro, ABAP Objects, Web Dynpro, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms, SAPscripts, and Adobe Interactive Forms.
3. Experience in gathering requirements from business users.
4. Working knowledge of Revenue Accounting, Production Allocation, and Division Order business processes.
5. Experience working on State and Federal reporting requirements (both Tax and Royalty), including 1099 reporting.
6. Experience with custom Net Profits Interest (NPI) process.
7. Knowledge of SAP standard functionalities and ability to explain pros and cons of available options.
8. Expertise in debugging code to identify and understand issues/requirements.
9. Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, management, external contacts, end-users, and technical resources.
11. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
12. Ability to work in-office in Plano, TX, Monday to Friday.

Preferred Skills & Abilities

• Experience with SAP SCM, SAP EAM, SAP FI, and PS modules.
