Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 to 4 years in similar roles.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FICO, WM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and implementation activities within SAP.
• Provide first and second-level support for system issues and help deploy fixes with IT teams or partners.
• Participate in SAP transformation projects by assisting with data validation, testing cycles, and cutover activities.
• Help facilitate system training and create user documentation and SOPs for end-users.
• Assist with SAP integration monitoring and tasks (EDI/ALE/IDocs, APIs) with local systems.
• Follow guidelines to ensure IT governance, data management, and security standards.
• Understand core business processes in manufacturing and supply chain and familiarity with SAP modules.
