• Understanding of SCM, shop floor control and ERP applications.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle concepts and practices.

• Engage with site business functions to identify opportunities for IT solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements; collaborate with IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide system training to end users and support post-implementation.
