Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a SAP Analyst for a permanent role based in the Madison area. The position requires four days on-site and offers a strong compensation package.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, resolve complex incidents, participate in enterprise architecture projects, and drive process improvements across global systems. Collaboration with stakeholders and training of users are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a related architect/consulting role.
• Experience with SAP MM, Procurement and/or Production modules.
• SAP S4/HANA experience required.
• Strong knowledge of business processes.
• Experience with system integration and third-party solutions.
• Prior project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Describe business requirements at a technical level to enable global team collaboration.
• Own and resolve medium to complex technical incidents without escalation.
• Participate in enterprise architecture projects and complete tasks with limited support.
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, presenting long-term options.
• Identify process optimizations for global solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for training and user support.
• Train key users on new functionalities across departments as needed.
• Build test scenarios for new functionalities and document findings.

• Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SAP ANALYST

• Support the business in describing business requirements at a technical level to enable global team collaboration.
• Own and resolve medium to complex technical incidents without escalation by providing effective solutions.
• Participate in enterprise architecture projects and complete work tasks with limited or no support.
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, presenting options with long-term goals in mind.
• Identify process optimizations and propose improvements for global solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for training and support for users in all operational activities.
• Train key users on new functionalities in cross-functional departments as needed.
• Build test scenarios for new functionalities and document findings in detail.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SAP ANALYST

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Business Process Consultant, or similar role.
• Prior experience using SAP Materials Management, Procurement, and/or production modules
• SAP S4/HANA experience required
• Strong knowledge of business processes.
• Experience with system integration and third-party solutions implementation.
• Prior project management experience preferred.
