Job summary

Mayvin is seeking a senior SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS, AND PRODUCTS (SAP) ANALYST to support the United States Army and CPE Ground. The role involves hands-on use of GFEBS and LMP, SAP FI/AM analysis, and resolving IDOC errors across financial and supply chain interfaces.

You will prepare WBS, POs, and Requisitions, review DTS authorizations, and assist FIAR initiatives while collaborating with military, civilian, and contracted personnel. SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with SAP certifications.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years reviewing DTS authorizations and vouchers.
• Knowledge of JTR, FMR and GTCC regulations.
• Proficiency with GFEBS and LMP software.

Responsibilities

• Supports SAP FI and AM analysis within GFEBS/LMP environments.
• Resolves SAP IDOC errors for financial and supply chain interfaces.
• Prepares and analyzes civilian payroll postings and budget postings.
• Supports FIAR initiatives and audits.
• Processes invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions in ERP systems.

Mayvin is seeking a senior SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS, AND PRODUCTS (SAP) ANALYST to support the United States Army and CPE Ground. The candidate will support the PEO by providing general knowledge and \"hands on\" experience using the Army’s General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) as well as the Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) software/databases. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Clearance Required: SECRETResponsibilities:Provides general knowledge and \"hands on\" experience using the Army’s General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) software/databases or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) platformsProvides assistance in analyzing and resolving issues related to Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) Financials (FI), and Asset Management (AM) and GFEBS transaction codesProvides assistance in resolving SAP IDOC errors for various financial and supply chain interfaces which included GPC Purchase cards, DTS, Purchase Requisition, and Purchase Orders; additionally, resolves unmatched transactions and ULO’sProvides analysis of civilian payroll postings and facilitates corrections of erroneous budget postingsProvides assistance and support for Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiativesEvaluates and resolves DCPS and ATAAPS errors upon the completion of GFEBS Payroll execution each pay periodPrepares WBS, sales orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Military Interdepartmental Purchase RequestsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with appropriate SAP certificationsMinimum of 6 years of relevant experienceMinimum of 5 years experience reviewing and processing incoming Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations and vouchers and managing submission to Government personnel for validation.Experience preparing documentation to recommend appropriate funding alignment to Lines of Accounting in DTS, managing multiple appropriationsHas experience and knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Financial Management Regulations (FMR), and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) regulations.Highly proficient in the use of the General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) and the Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) softwareExperience processing and auditing invoices, bills, and vouchers on behalf of the U.S. GovernmentAbout MavyinMayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
