Job summary

Mayvin is actively seeking a senior SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS, AND PRODUCTS (SAP) ANALYST to support the U.S. Army and CPE Ground at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires a SECRET clearance, a 4-year degree, and extensive experience with SAP FI/AM within enterprise ERP environments.

Responsibilities include resolving SAP IDOC errors, supporting GFEBS/LMP usage, auditing invoices and payroll postings, and aiding FIAR initiatives. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with SAP certifications.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years reviewing and processing DTS authorizations and vouchers for government validation.
• Experience documenting funding alignment to Lines of Accounting in DTS.
• Knowledge of JTR, FMR, and GTCC regulations.
• Highly proficient with GFEBS and the Army LMP software.
• Experience processing invoices, bills, and vouchers for the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

• Provides general knowledge and hands-on experience with GFEBS, LMP, ERP and BI platforms.
• Assists in analyzing SAP FI and AM issues and GFEBS transactions.
• Resolves SAP IDOC errors for financial and supply chain interfaces (GPC DTS, PRs, POs).
• Analyzes civilian payroll postings and aids corrections of budget postings.
• Supports FIAR initiatives and audit readiness.
• Evaluates DCPS and ATAAPS errors after GFEBS payroll runs each pay period.
• Prepares WBS, sales orders, purchase requisitions and military interdepartmental purchase requests.

Job Details: Job Location: Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Government, Mayvin is seeking a senior SYSTEMS, APPLICATIONS, AND PRODUCTS (SAP) ANALYST to support the United States Army and CPE Ground.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Clearance Required: SECRET

Responsibilities:

• Provides general knowledge and "hands on" experience using the Army’s General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) software/databases or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
• Provides assistance in analyzing and resolving issues related to Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) Financials (FI), and Asset Management (AM) and GFEBS transaction codes
• Provides assistance in resolving SAP IDOC errors for various financial and supply chain interfaces which included GPC Purchase cards, DTS, Purchase Requisition, and Purchase Orders; additionally, resolves unmatched transactions and ULO’s
• Provides analysis of civilian payroll postings and facilitates corrections of erroneous budget postings
• Provides assistance and support for Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives
• Evaluates and resolves DCPS and ATAAPS errors upon the completion of GFEBS Payroll execution each pay period
• Prepares WBS, sales orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with appropriate SAP certifications
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience reviewing and processing incoming Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations and vouchers and managing submission to Government personnel for validation.
• Experience preparing documentation to recommend appropriate funding alignment to Lines of Accounting in DTS, managing multiple appropriations
• Has experience and knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Financial Management Regulations (FMR), and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) regulations.
• Highly proficient in the use of the General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) and the Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) software
• Experience processing and auditing invoices, bills, and vouchers on behalf of the U.S. Government
