Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a CRM Analyst / CRM Administrator to support, optimize, and grow its customer engagement platform from its Carlisle, PA location. You will work with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure CRM processes support lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and service operations.

This role sits in a small IT team reporting to CX management, with strong relocation support and on‑site requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years SAP experience or equivalent in SAP CRM platforms.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Service Cloud or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Ability to design and enhance CRM systems based on business requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support, enhance, and optimize the CRM platform to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and stakeholders to ensure CRM processes support lead management, opportunities, and pipeline visibility.

Our client is seeking a CRM Analyst / CRM Administrator to support, enhance, and optimize its customer engagement platform. This individual will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to ensure CRM processes effectively support lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, customer service operations, and overall business objectives.

As our client continues to invest in digital transformation, this position will play a critical role in helping the organization maximize adoption and value from its CRM platform while building long‑term internal expertise. The team is seeking a candidate with strong CRM fundamentals, business partnership skills, and the ability to grow into broader platform ownership responsibilities over time.

While experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud is highly desirable, our client is open to candidates with experience supporting Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM/C4C, or other enterprise CRM platforms.

Top Skills & Qualifications

• SAP Sales and/Or Service Cloud (C4C): Deep expertise in SAP's CRM platform is the most critical skill. While experience with the latest V2 version is preferred, a strong background in V1 or the broader SAP CRM platform is also valuable.
• Solution Design: The role is focused on the IT side and requires the ability to design and enhance the system based on business requirements, rather than just gathering requirements as a business analyst would.
• Systems Integration: While not mandatory, knowledge of how integrations work, particularly with ERP systems, is a significant plus and will be highly valued.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven experience working with business and functional teams to translate their needs into technical solutions is essential for success in this role.
• Mid-Level Experience: Minimum 3-5 years SAP Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Sales Cloud V2 and/or Service Cloud V2 experience.
• SAP CX certifications, SAP BTP, C4C SDK/ABSL, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Fiori integration experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The role is part of a small, focused team within the IT department. The new hire will be the fourth member of the team and will report directly to Venu Vellanki, the CX Manager.

There is a strong preference for the candidate to be located in Carlisle, PA, and work on‑site.

A hybrid model of three days in the office and two days remote is an option. The company offers full relocation assistance for candidates willing to move to Carlisle.
