Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced SAP AMS service management specialist to act as the primary operational contact for SAP ASM Functional, addressing delivery topics and escalation of issues. You will drive delivery quality, governance, and risk management while ensuring alignment with SAP AMS processes and contract commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP AMS service management experience.
• 5+ years SAP consulting experience in Logistics (SD/PP/MM, EWM), FI-CO, or SuccessFactors.
• Functional background in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, or PP.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for SAP ASM Functional regarding all delivery topics, issues, and concerns.
• Act as the primary escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks.
• Empower the delivery team to achieve high-quality deliverables while maintaining alignment with SAP AMS process requirements.
• Ensure all target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met and contractual commitments are fulfilled.
