Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks a Manager for SAP AI & Agent Governance within Advisory Technology to lead AI-enabled business process design across SAP modules and enterprise functions. You will define governance, access controls, and familiarly with BTP, APIs, and orchestration.

Your role collaborates with SAP, IAM, security, GRC, and AI teams to ensure governed access and responsible AI deployment; travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of SAP functional consulting or related tech initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, technology or related field preferred; or seven years SAP experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP processes (Finance/Controlling, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Experience with AI, intelligent automation, SAP BTP, Build, workflows, APIs, integration platforms, copilots, AI agents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI-enabled and agentic business processes across SAP Finance, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other enterprise functions.
• Define AI agent responsibilities, access models, approval thresholds, and governance controls.
• Design governance frameworks for AI agents including identity, roles, lifecycle, monitoring, and human oversight.
