Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States is seeking a Manager, SAP Technical Development - SAP Business AI to join our Advisory Services practice. This role leads SAP advisory projects, designs AI-enabled architectures, and governs delivery across client engagements.

Key qualifications include 5+ years in external management consulting for SAP, deep ABAP knowledge, experience with SAP AI tools, BTP/CDS/AMDP, and strong communication. Travel as needed and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of external management consulting experience in SAP advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field.
• Minimum four years of ABAP concepts, guidelines, architecture and OO programming.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies including SAP AI tools and GitHub Co-pilot, LLMs.
• Experience with SAP BTP, CDS views, AMDP, IDOCs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, BAPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of SAP Advisory projects for diverse clients, including process design and lifecycle support.
• Evaluate and implement SAP Business AI scenarios using Joule, embedded AI, and side-by-side options on BTP.
• Review and refine consulting methods with AI; organize workshops on SAP AI, architecture, and cloud integrations.
• Design, build, and test SAP technical development objects (RICEFW).
• Supervise staff on engagements and manage engagements per financial/cost policies.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism and a respectful work environment.
