Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, SAP AI & Agent Governance to join our Advisory Technology Organization in San Francisco. You will lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled business processes across SAP modules, defining governance, access, and risk controls while collaborating with security and integration teams.

The role requires strong SAP experience, enterprise governance expertise, and excellent communication skills to work with senior leaders and clients. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of SAP functional consulting or related tech initiatives.
• Experience with SAP FICO, Procure-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI-enabled business processes across SAP modules.
• Define AI agent responsibilities, access models, and governance controls.
• Design governance frameworks for AI agents including lifecycle, monitoring and human oversight.
• Collaborate with SAP BTP, IAM/IGA, security and GRC teams to ensure governed access.
• Support client workshops and contribute to methodologies, proposals, and go-to-market efforts.
